We can design a maintenance package that includes the mowing services, pruning of trees and seasonal cleanup and seasonal colors -- flowers etc.
Since 1984 our company has maintained commercial lawns throughout the Southern Tier and Ithaca. Listed below is some of the verbiage included in our service contract.
Mowing Services:
- All turf areas to be mowed to a standard height of 2.5" - 3.5" (weather permitting).
- All tall grass left around trees, fences and buildings after mowing shall be trimmed.
- Grass clippings that "wind row" are to be removed from the property.
- All litter and debris to be removed from the property each mowing.
